Whether you have a difficult client and need guidance or are working towards getting your CEDS, I am happy to help. We can set up weekly, bi-monthly or monthly supervision calls. If you are local in the Sonoma County I would love to meet up in person.

Individual Eating Disorder Nutrition Therapy

For anyone struggling with an eating disorder, a team approach is recommended for optimal and evidenced based care. If you are established with a therapist and would like to team up to work with me on the nutrition side of recovery, please reach out. Initial Session

60-90 min intake assessment to gather necessary information and make appropriate treatment plan.

Follow-up Sessions 45-50 Mins

Treatment is a process, one day at a time. Follow-up appointment times and frequency vary per individual.
